今年有光中文夏令营将继续创造诸多惊喜，在很多环节都做出巨大升级，尤其在列治文山总校区拿出整整一层楼，为孩子们精心打造了近2000平方英尺的儿童体能馆：

专业和环保的运动地胶，防撞安全的墙壁，丰富的运动设施，让孩子们的身体在这个暑假天天都能得到科学的锻炼。学习和运动，两手都要抓。

 by parents. Every year, spots fill up quickly soon after registration opens.

This summer, we’re bringing even more exciting upgrades. Most notably, at our Richmond Hill main campus, we have dedicated an entire floor to create a carefully designed nearly 2,000 sq. ft. Kids Fitness & Activity Zone:

Featuring professional, eco-friendly sports flooring, safety-padded anti-collision walls, and a wide range of activity equipment, children will enjoy safe, structured, and science-based physical training every day this summer.

有光中文夏令营是沉浸式的中文夏令营，全中文的语言环境，给孩子们创造了最好的听说用中文的机会。

一、课程介绍

口碑相传的分级识字阅读课程，采用有光中文自编的B版夏令营教材，所有生字对标常规课程，既适合新学生升级学习，也适合老学生复习巩固；

Youguang Chinese Summer Camp is an immersive Mandarin camp that provides a full Chinese-language environment, giving children the best possible opportunities to listen, speak, and use Mandarin throughout the day.

1. Program Overview

Level-based Literacy & Reading (Highly Recommended by Families)
Our well-loved, word-of-mouth graded literacy and reading program uses Youguang’s in-house “B Edition” Summer Camp curriculum. All new characters are aligned with our regular-year program standards—making it ideal for new students to advance and for returning students to review and reinforce what they’ve learned.

“集中强化6周，等于学习一年的中文”。为了取得更好的学习效果，我们建议学生连续报名四周以上。

此外，还有完整的拼音学习以及经典绘本讲读，成语故事，寓言故事，童话故事，整本书阅读，潜移默化地学习中国传统文化并大力提高自主阅读能力。

“Six weeks of focused learning can be like a full year of Chinese study.”
To achieve the best learning results, we recommend students enroll for four consecutive weeks or more.

In addition, our program includes complete Pinyin instruction, along with guided reading of classic picture books, idiom stories, fables, and fairy tales, as well as full-book reading. Through this rich and engaging approach, children will naturally absorb elements of traditional Chinese culture while significantly improving their independent reading skills.

*一级识字阅读班（小）：6-8岁

*一级识字阅读班（大）：9-12岁

*二级识字阅读班：7岁以上（识字量300以上）

*三级识字阅读班：8岁以上（识字量600以上）

*高级整本书阅读班：8岁以上（识字量600字以上）

3. Class Grouping (By Age & Level)

• Beginner Class: Ages 4–6

• Level 1 Literacy & Reading (Junior): Ages 6–8

• Level 1 Literacy & Reading (Senior): Ages 9–12

• Level 2 Literacy & Reading: Ages 7+ (recognizes 300+ Chinese characters)

• Level 3 Literacy & Reading: Ages 8+ (recognizes 600+ Chinese characters)

• Advanced Full-Book Reading: Ages 8+ (recognizes 600+ Chinese characters)

四、班级人数

每个班级最多15人 ，小班教学，小龄班配备助教和义工，让孩子得到更好的照顾。

五、午餐和间餐

* 每天免费提供两顿零食和一顿水果

* 午餐每天收费12刀，汉堡，意面，披萨，两顿中餐（每天一荤一素）

4. Class Size

Each class has a maximum of 15 students to ensure small-group instruction and high-quality teaching. For our younger classes, we also provide teaching assistants and volunteers so children receive better care and support.

5. Lunch & Snacks

• We provide two free snacks and one serving of fruit every day.

• Lunch is available for $12/day, including options such as burgers, pasta, pizza, and two Chinese-style meals (one meat dish and one vegetable dish each day).
